Now at the YMCA
Finally, the YMCA has Zumba. Join Doreen on Tuesday nights from 5:00-5:45 PM at the Towanda Elementary School. This class features interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin music and international spice into the mix and you've got a Zumba class!
When: Tuesdays from 5:00-6:00 PM
Thursdays from 6:00 - 7:00 PM
Where: Bradford County YMCA
Cost: * Y Members: Free
*Non-Members: $6/day or $20/month
The first 12 people who come to 10 Zumba classes will receive a free Zumba T-Shirt. If you bring a first time guest, you'll earn credit for 2 classes.
